Scientists find ‘Signs’ of God particle

From UFO Blogger
Scientists say they have found signs of the Higgs boson, an elementary sub-atomic particle believed to have played a vital role in the creation of the universe after the Big Bang.
Peter Higgs, the 82-year-old British theoretical physicist who first proposed the existence of the particle in 1964 as the missing link of a grand theory of matter and energy, was watching the announcement on a webcast with colleagues at Edinburgh University, where he is an emeritus professor.
“I won’t be going home to open a bottle of whisky to drown my sorrows, but on the other hand I won’t be going home to open a bottle of champagne either,” his colleague Alan Walker quoted him as saying after the announcement.

Jack the Ripper’s Knife Found?

It was found among possessions belonging to Welsh surgeon Sir John Williams, a chief suspect in the Victorian murders.

Sir John, known to his family at the time of the killings as “Uncle Jack” was the surgeon to Queen Victoria who lived in London at the time of the slayings.

He fled the capital after the murders and later founded the National Library for Wales in Aberystwyth.

One of his distant relatives has now unearthed the old black-handled surgeon’s knife, which he used for operations, and believes it could be the murder weapon.

Tony Williams, 49, Sir John’s great-great-great-great nephew, has now published a book, which features the startling image of the knife, to expose his relative’s guilt.

Remarkable levitation video

This could finally give us the hover boards we’ve been dreaming of. The amazing video demonstrating quantum superconductors locked in a magnetic field was posted by YouTube user ASTCvideos and filmed at Tel-Aviv University.

Air Force UFO rules vanish from handbook

From The Huff Post:

The military deleted a passage about unidentified flying objects from a 2008 Air Force personnel manual just days after The Huffington Post asked Pentagon officials about the purpose of the UFO section.

Before the recent revisions, the document — Air Force Instruction 10-206 — advised pilots, radar operators and other Air Force personnel on what to do when they encountered any unknown airborne objects. Now in the 2011 version, the reference to UFOs — which simply means “unidentified flying objects,” not necessarily spaceships with little green men — has been eliminated.

What makes this so intriguing is that the U.S. government officially stopped investigating UFOs in 1969 with the termination of the Air Force’s Project Blue Book.

But here’s the big question: Did the Air Force really stop investigating UFOs in 1969 as they have repeatedly claimed throughout the ensuing decades?

“Absolutely not! They have continued to look into UFO cases,” said Salas, co-author of “Faded Giant.” “In fact, there are NORAD records from 1975 of UFO sightings — and this was not any general aviation aircraft — objects seen over missile sites and other bases.

Ghosts caught on camera at Fort Knox?

The photo was taken two weeks ago by paranormal investigator Hannah Baird from the East Coast Ghost Trackers, according to the group’s co-founder, Jamie Dube of Orrington. Tinted a lurid green, the picture was snapped at about 3 a.m. in the entryway to the 19th century granite fort.

Dube said the image shows a little girl with a bonnet, a caped figure and a little boy, among others who are clustered at the photo’s left-hand side.

You’d expect lots of ghost activity at a fort that saw bloodshed but Fort Knox has never fired a shot in anger.

Woman ages 50 years in just 5 years?

The woman on the left is the same woman to the right. From The Epoch Times:

Nguyen Thi Phuong, 26, looks nothing like her age, with a face full of wrinkles. She claims that her appearance changed over a few days when she was 23, and since then she has looked like a 70-year-old.

Comparing a photo of her five years ago with her appearancenow, it also appears that she has become fatter, and her ears have grown longer.

Nguyen thinks her rapid-aging might be due to a particularly severe seafood allergic reaction in 2008 that left her scratching during sleep, according to Vietnamese media Vietnam Net Bridge.

Underwater pyramid city discovered off coast of Japan

Ever wonder what an ancient tsunami could do to a city? It looks like we may have an answer.

From Epoch Times:

Dive tour operator Kihachiro Aratake discovered a massive stone structure in Japan, off the island Yonaguni, south of Okinawa.

This terraced pyramid appears to have been created using skilled craftsmanship and advanced technology yet belongs to prehistory. It did not attract much attention until experts and adventurers repeatedly dived at the site, photographing and unearthing this breathtaking structure and various features.

Dr. Masaaki Kimura, a marine geologist from the University of the Ryukyus, has been diving there for more than 18 years to measure and map the features of the Yonaguni Monument, as it has come to be called. The structure consists of a huge network of buildings, including castles, monuments, and a stadium, all connected by an elaborate system what seems to be roads and waterways.

Cigar shaped UFO’s spotted over Delaware

From The Examiner:

A Delaware witness reports watching two silver, cigar-shaped objects “with a black band in the middle” while driving along a rural road, according to October 10, 2011, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness said the object was observed lower than an airplane - about 10,000 feet in altitude - when a second, identical object was noticed.

UFO’s over Shanghai

From UFO Sighting Daily:

This is a cool video of several UFO orbs sitting motionless in the sky over Shanghai. These orbs moves slightly but often turn off and on their lights as if they are trying to get the attention of the humans below. The video seems to have glitches in it due to the broken sound recording, but that is sometimes the case when a video was used in a converter to change its format for uploading. They are talking Chinese, I understand some of it. Its a guy talking to his wife and he is being rude about it and pisses her off.

Meet the cat with two faces

Most two faced animals only survive for a few months, or a few years if they’re lucky. Not Frankenlouie, he’s 12 years old. From the Telegraph:

The extraordinary feline’s two faces were caused by a condition called Janus, which normally causes cats to live for only a few days
