UFO over Brazil?

On the night of July 23rd multiple witnesses snapped photos and video of this mysterious craft hovering over Embu São Paulo, Brazil. The footage was featured on the local news.

While some suggest it’s an LED kite, analysis done by Epoch Times says differently.

it would be impossible for a toy to maintain a constant 45 degree angle without being affected by changes in the wind.
